These terms govern your use of the Service. By accessing or using CleaningScheduleGenerator.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

CleaningScheduleGenerator.com is a free, browser-based tool for generating cleaning schedules and chore charts for households, families, roommates and small offices. All schedule generation happens locally in your browser. The data you enter is never uploaded to our servers.

4. No account required

The Service can be used without registration. We do not maintain user accounts and do not store your schedules or generated outputs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape or attack the Service or its infrastructure;
circumvent technical limitations or use automated systems to access the Service at scale;
use the Service to create, distribute or display content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringes third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the schedules and content you generate. We claim no ownership and do not access them. The Service itself, including its source code, design and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and remains the property of Not Another Mate Software GmbH.

7. Third-party services

The Service may include third-party components (e.g. Google AdSense for advertising, analytics). Use of these components is governed by the respective providers' terms and our privacy policy.

8. Availability

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for missed cleaning, household disputes, lost data, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Mandatory statutory liability — in particular under the Austrian Product Liability Act, for personal injury, intent or gross negligence — remains unaffected.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Not Another Mate Software GmbH from any claims, losses or damages arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be highlighted on the site. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria, excluding its conflict of laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.

Place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants is the court competent for 6850 Dornbirn, Austria. Consumers may also sue at the court of their place of residence.

13. Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
