Guest reviews almost never mention "exceptionally clean" — they mention "found a hair on the pillow" or "bathroom smelled". A 5-star turnover is not about going beyond clean; it is about eliminating the specific small failures that cost stars. Pillows replaced or thoroughly checked, bathroom fully descaled and aired, hair traps cleared, bins emptied to outside, and a light scent (not heavy fragrance) on entry.

Photograph every turnover

Photos of the cleaned property after every turnover protect you against false damage claims and create a quality baseline you can train cleaners against. Three to five wide shots per room is enough.

How fairness is calculated
